How It Works



- Your designer will send you a custom floorplan and package which you can adjust until you love it using our package builder. If you would like more design help, the first revision is free and a small $100/hr charge thereafter.
- Once you love your package, simply add it to your cart and purchase. We take care of the rest from there including order coordination, shipping, assembly, and styling.

With the help of our expert team, there's no need to lift a finger with the exception of a few button clicks.

Senior Interior Designers have designed various layout options and measured each item twice to perfectly fit every unit, and curated the perfect layout so you don't have to.

Everything in the model unit is on our site, along with similar pieces, so you can touch and feel our products.

The furniture quality is comparable to HD Buttercup, West Elm, and Restoration Hardware

But the prices are often lower, and Artifact Homes covers the cost of interior design, delivery, and installation saving hundreds to thousands of dollars and headaches.

What you see is what you pay - all packages include shipping, assembly and styling for residents of our partner buildings. Learn more about our service.
Shipping + Assembly + Styling (for packages over $2k)
All furniture will be delivered, assembled and styled by Artifact staff.
After your payment, our Artifact team reaches out to you within a week to confirm item availability and to schedule the date of the installment.
Returns:
All packages are designed to fit perfectly into your unit, based on the actual floor plan. Make sure to leave your unit # in the checkout. Our stylist will double check the fit. We offer free returns for damaged items, or if our designers picked a product that didn't fit your space measurements. If you decide to return items for any other reason, they can be returned for store credit minus a 30% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the item. Rental products, bedding, and kitchenware are non-refundable.
