Artifact Homes is a nationwide luxury furnishing and interior design company that partners with residential buildings, developers, and residential service platforms to offer turnkey, design-led move-in experiences.
Founded by Rae Jamison, Artifact Homes began by working directly with developers and property owners to furnish model units, pre-furnished apartments, and custom homes for long-term residents.
2024
Artifact Homes expanded nationwide through a partnership with ElevateOS (formerly known as Elevated Living), bringing its services into high-end residential buildings across the United States.
2025
In 2025, Artifact Homes partnered with Hello Alfred to further integrate furnishing and interior design into the resident move-in experience.
2026
Artifact Homes is accelerating its growth through platform partnerships and pilot programs that allow the company to scale quickly while maintaining a high-touch, boutique design approach.
