What you see is what you pay - all packages include assembly and styling for residents of our partner buildings.
Design + Assembly + Styling (for packages over $5k)
After your payment, our Artifact team reaches out to you within a week to confirm item availability and to schedule the date of the installment. All furniture will be assembled and styled by Artifact staff.
Returns:
All packages are designed to fit perfectly into your unit, based on the actual floor plan. Make sure to leave your unit # in the checkout. Our stylist will double check the fit. We offer free returns for damaged items, or if our designers picked a product that didn't fit your space measurements. If you decide to return items for any other reason, they can be returned for store credit minus a 30% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the item. Rental products, bedding, and kitchenware are non-refundable.
