Sets are customized to two different bathroom types, so please check your selection carefully based on the number of sinks in each bathroom.
To create these alpine white cloud towels, we begin with long-staple organic Turkish cotton, spin it into fine yarns and loom it into long, single loops that make the most of the fiber’s extraordinary length. The result is a lofty towel with a soft, fluffy pile that feels plush yet lightweight and its long loops absorb water beautifully. Each set includes a gorgeous slate gray bathmat (an XL version in the master). The sleek rippled stripe organic cotton shower curtain is also added to the Standard bathroom only. 100% organic cotton grown and woven in the Aegean region of Turkey. GOTS certified.

Refunds & Returns
Within 30 days of purchase, all items are eligible for exchange or store credit minus a 30% restocking fee. If you notice that any items are damaged on the day of install, they are eligible for an exchange with no restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds or returns on rental items or staging/model units.
Pick up and install dates are scheduled in accordance with our installation and collection team for their next available date. If there is a change of an install or collection date by you, a $300 fee will be charged for each occurrence. This fee included the date change as well as storage fees.
