A single elongated glass cylinder balances and floats from a burnished brass frame. Matte glass is specially manufactured to evenly diffuse light. The finish on the brass frame is achieved through a specialized process that turns the brass into an almost black hue before the rod is polished smooth. Brass and glass are 98% recyclable. Refunds & Returns
Within 30 days of purchase, all items are eligible for exchange or store credit minus a 30% restocking fee. If you notice that any items are damaged on the day of install, they are eligible for an exchange with no restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds or returns on rental items or staging/model units.
Pick up and install dates are scheduled in accordance with our installation and collection team for their next available date. If there is a change of an install or collection date by you, a $300 fee will be charged for each occurrence. This fee included the date change as well as storage fees.
