If an item arrives materially damaged or defective, we will coordinate an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Complete Returns & Product Remedies Policy and applicable law.
Pick up and install dates are scheduled in accordance with our installation and collection team for their next available date. If there is a change of an install or collection date by you, a 0 fee will be charged for each occurrence. This fee includes the date change as well as storage fees.
